I have received a Chip & PIN Gift Card, do I need to activate it before I can spend it?

Yes, due to the high value on these cards, it will require activation and ID verification before you can receive the PIN and are able to spend it. Please follow below steps:

-Go to www.one4all.com/activate

-Click on 'Activate Now'

-You will then have the option to either sign into your account or create a new account (if you don't already have one)

-Tick the box 'I agree to complete the ID verification process'

-Click on 'Add a new card', enter the card number twice and click on 'Activate'

-A pop up screen will appear to confirm the card number has been accepted, click on 'Begin ID verification'

-Complete the ID verification process using your mobile phone by either entering your phone number to receive the link via text message or scanning the QR code to access the ID verification page

You will then receive:

-An email that your Chip & PIN Gift Card is now active and ready to use

-A text message with your PIN number

-If you have downloaded the One4all App, your card will now be displayed and you will be able to view your card details & PIN number


Note: If you have already completed ID verification with One4all in the past 4 years, you will skip this step and receive your email confirmation and text message with your PIN number straight away!
