How do I complete the ID verification process?

If you have received a Chip & PIN card or a Digital Reloadable card, you will need to complete ID verification before it can be spent.

You will have either received a link via text message or scanned a QR code to access the ID verification page and start the process.

Please follow below steps:

-Click on either 'Passport' or 'Driving Licence' depending on which document you have to hand

-Follow the on screen instructions to take clear photos of your document & yourself and submit them

-You will see confirmation on screen that your submission to One4all Gift Cards is complete

-You can close the ID Pal window/page on your phone


You will then receive:

-An email confirming that you have successfully completed the ID Verification process
