Why has my card been declined?

Please check the following and then refresh this page before trying again:

1. You have entered your One4all card as a debit / credit card. Do not choose ‘Gift Voucher’ or ‘Gift Card’ at checkout.
2. You have sufficient funds on your card for the total value of the transaction including postage
3. You have verified the payment either via the App or the SMS code we sent you (please make sure we have your up to date mobile number).
