What does 'Redeeming my card funds' mean?

If you ask us to redeem your card funds it means you are asking us to convert your card funds, which are e-money, back into cash funds of equal value and transfer them to your nominated bank account. You may redeem your card funds at any time subject to paying the applicable Redemption Fee and passing anti-money laundering, fraud and ID checks.
