What do I do if my login details are not working?

If you are struggling to log in to our website or app, please use the ‘Forgot password’ function to reset your password.

-Next to the Log in button, please click 'Forgot Your Password?'

-Enter your email address and click 'Reset My Password'

-You will receive an email from Customer Support; click on 'Set a New Password' within the email

-You will be redirected to our website; enter a new password and submit

-Log in to your account with the new password


Please note, our website and app use the same username and password so, if you have created an account on either of these, you can use the same login details for both!
