Why didn't I receive a text message with the confirmation code when sending a digial gift card to the recipient?

These text messages are usually received immediately, however, a short delay is possible during busy times. You can try cancelling and clicking on 'Send Card' again to get the code re-sent.

Please also check the phone number in your account is correct.
