I have received an email asking me to claim my digital gift card, do I need to do this before I can spend it?

Yes! When someone sends you a digital gift card, you receive an email or text message to let you know which includes a link to 'Claim My Gift Card'. When you click on this link, you will be redirected to our website to view the card and message from the sender. Before you can spend the card, please follow below steps:

-Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Claim your gift card'

-You will then have the option to either sign into your account or create a new account (if you don't already have one)

-Click the 'Claim Gift Card' button

-You will now see your gift card in your account and it will be ready to spend!

Please note, the claim link will only work once. After you have claimed your gift card you can log in to your account any time to view your gift card again.
