Why haven’t I received my One4all Chip & PIN card PIN?

As a result of heavy customer volumes, there can be delays in issuing your PIN. If you completed your submission over 24 hours ago please visit the Card Activation page in your account to check your card status.

If your Card is still showing a 'Not active' please check to see if we have texted you and requested a new submission. Please follow the instructions in the text in this case.

If your Card is showing as 'Active' please contact help@one4all.com and our team will assist.
