Why hasn’t my card been activated following my ID Verification submission?

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your submission to be processed and we may require additional details from you.

After 24 hours have elapsed if your card is still showing as 'not active' (you can check this via the Card activation page in your account), please check to see if you have received a text from One4all requesting a new submission. Follow the instructions in the text to resubmit your documentation.

If you still have not heard from us after 24 hours, please contact help@one4all.com and our customer service team will assist you.
