I have completed the ID verification but my card is still not activated, what should I do?

You should receive email confirmation that your ID verification is successful shortly after you have submitted your documents, however, it can take up to 24 hours. In some cases, if we require additional details, you will receive a text message with instructions to make an additional submission and will need to complete this before your card can be activated.


If, after 24 hours of completing the ID verification process, you still haven't received confirmation and your card is still not activated, please contact our customer services team for further assistance.
