I am having trouble taking the required photos during the ID verification, what should I do?

We have over 99.9% device stability, however sometimes individual devices may have difficulty capturing clear photos of your document or yourself during the ID verification process. Here are some tips:


Ensure the camera lenses on the front and back of your device are clean

Avoid overhead lights to reduce glare

Place your ID on a high contrast background (ideally a different, solid colour)

If the auto-capture isn’t working, wait a few seconds and you will be offered a manual capture option

When manually capturing, fill as much of the screen with the ID as possible without cutting any off


If it is still not working, please try again on a different device as the problems may be related to camera resolution or device damage.
