Can I send a digital gift card if I don't know the recipients phone number and email address?

The link the recipient receives is exactly the same whether it is send via text message or email address so it is not necessary for them to receive both.

If you don't know the email address

This is not a mandatory field on the Send page so simply don't fill it out

If you don't know the phone number

-Ensure you fill out the recipients correct email address in the 'Recipient Email' field

-The phone number is a mandatory field so we suggest you type in your own phone number and discard the text message when you receive it
