I have selected App approval on the merchant website, why is nothing happening on my phone?

Depending on the push notification preferences of your device, you may not allow us to notify you with a sound and message: just open the app, and the transaction details will show before anything else.

If you have uninstalled the app without logging out, we won’t know you no longer have access to the app.  Either re-install and log in or select the SMS option.
