Can I cancel my card?

You have a right to cancel your Card and without being charged the Redemption Fee for a period of up to 14 days after you have purchased the Card.  Please note this right only applies to the purchaser of the Card. You can cancel by calling our Customer Service at 0370 085 4141. This will not entitle you to a refund of any Card Transactions made up to the date you notify us of your cancellation.

If your Card is cancelled we will immediately block your Card so it cannot be used. Any funds remaining on your Card will be returned to you once all Card Transactions and all relevant fees have been processed.
