Can I cancel my order?

You, as the purchaser, have the right to cancel any physical card which you have ordered on our website within 14 days of purchasing. You will not be entitled to a refund for any transactions which have already been made on the card up to the date you notify us of the cancellation.

You can do this by calling our customer services team.

Please note, once a card has been cancelled, it will be immediately blocked and the recipient will no longer be able to use it. Any funds remaining on the card will be returned to you once any transactions and relevant fees have been processed.
