I did not receive my verification code
This may happen If you have entered the wrong phone number upon setting up your account. You can amend this under the account information section in your account:
- Login to your account at one4alldigital.com/customer/account/login/
- Click 'Account information'
- To edit the phone number, delete the number that is populated and enter the new one correctly
- You will receive a verification code via email to complete the amendment
- Enter the code to confirm
