Why do I have to confirm my payment?
In line with new regulations, you might start to see a few extra checks when you shop online. This is to confirm it's really you using your card. When we need to carry out these checks, you'll see a pop-up screen at the checkout.
To confirm your payments, choose from one of the following:
- The quickest and easiest way is using the One4all app - confirming it's you takes just a few taps. If you're not already an app user you can download the One4all app from the Apple app store or Google Play store
- Text message - we'll send a code to your mobile.
