Why can't I view my Digital Card details?

Occasionally our payments processor may experience temporary connectivity issues which may affect One4all. This is temporary but does mean that for a short period of time our customers cannot access their balance or other card information.  Please check again in 15 minutes. If this problem persists for a longer period, we will update you via our alert messaging.
